Please can you give any feedback you have from last term. Again this is completely anonymous - so I won't know who you are!! And it really really helps!! If there is anything serious that you want to talk to me about - let me know and we'll make a plan!

Two

Please can you look at your calender and give me the dates that you are NOT available to play this term. Either the Tuesday practice or Friday. Remember if you can't make practice, you can't play on Friday! You can fill in the form below or just SMS me!
